摘　　要：本文系统梳理了美国、德国、日本、新加坡住宅政策性金融的发展经验及运行模式,在分析我国住宅政策性金融现状的基础上,建议我国完善住宅政策性金融体系,设立住宅政策性金融机构,推动我国政策性住宅金融制度不断完善。This paper systematically sorts out the development experience and operation mode of residential policy finance in the United States,Germany,Japan,and Singapore,and on the basis of analyzing the status quo and problems of China's housing policy finance,we suggest that China should improve the housing policy financial system,accelerate the process of housing policy financial legislation and finally promotes the continuous improvement of China's policy-based residential financial system.
