温肾健脾法对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠内脏敏感性和旷场实验的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温肾健脾法对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)模型大鼠内脏敏感性及旷场实验的影响。方法28只乳鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、温肾健脾方组、匹维溴铵组4组,每组7只。模型组、温肾健脾方组及匹维溴铵组乳鼠自出生第2天～第21天每天与母鼠分离3 h,正常组不予干预。第22天断奶,予常规自由饮食。第30天起模型组、肾健脾方组及匹维溴铵组予以番泻叶水煎液灌胃,同时温肾健脾方组和匹维溴铵组分别以温肾健脾方溶液和匹维溴铵片混悬液灌胃。正常组、模型组以相同剂量生理盐水灌胃,连续4周。观察各组大鼠腹壁撤退反射评分(AWR评分)及旷场试验结果。结果温肾健脾方和匹维溴铵治疗可以显著降低腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠AWR评分,缓解其内脏敏感性,显著缓解大鼠精神萎靡,提高其活跃性。结论温肾健脾方可有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的内脏敏感性及焦虑抑郁样行为。Objective To observe the effect of warming kidney and invigorating spleen method on visceral sensitivity and open field experiment in(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)rats with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Twenty-eight neonatal rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Wenshen Jianpi prescription group and piveronium bromide group with 7 rats in each group.The model group,Wenshen Jianpi prescription group and piveronium bromide group were separated from the mother for 3 hours every day since the 2 to 21 days of birth,but no intervention was observed in the normal group.Weaning on day 22 and giving regular free diet.From the 30th day,Shenjianpi recipe group and piveronium bromide group were treated with Senna leaf decoction,and Wenshen Jianpi prescription group and piverium bromide group were treated with Wenshen Jianpi decoction and pilivir bromide tablet suspension respectively.The normal group and the model group were fed with the same dose of normal saline for 4 weeks.The abdominal withdrawal reflex score(AWR)and open field test results were observed.Results The treatment of Wenshen Jianpi recipe and piveronium bromide could significantly reduce the AWR score of rats with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,relieve the visceral sensitivity,relieve the mental depression and improve the activity of rats.Conclusion Wenshen Jianpi decoction can effectively improve visceral sensitivity and anxiety and depressive behavior of rats with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.
