摘　　要：目的考察羚羊感冒制剂挥发油的稳定性,确保制剂质量稳定。方法采用β-环糊精包合技术对所提荆芥、连翘的混合挥发油进行包合,并分别对包合与未包合的挥发油制剂进行影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验,且采用气像色谱对挥发油进行含量测定。结果稳定性试验结果表明,采用β-环糊精包合的挥发油在考察期内含量降低较少。结论包合工艺简单可行,可提高荆芥连翘混合挥发油的稳定性,为其临床应用提供依据。Objective To observe the stability of the volatile oil in lingyang ganmao preparation to ensure the quality stability of the preparation.Methods The β-cyclodextrin enveloping technique was used to envelop the mixed volatile oil of Herba schizonepetae and Forsythia suspense.The influencing factor test,accelerated tests and long-term tests were carried out on the volatile oil preparations.Meteorological chromatography was adopted to determine the content of volatile oil.Results The stability tests suggested that the level of β-cyclodextrin enveloped volatile was less reduced.Conclusion The enveloping technique is sample in operation and improves the stability of the mixed volatile oil of Herba schizonepetae and Forsythia suspense.It provides the references to the clinical application.
