中医分期辨治法保守治疗挫伤性前房积血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察中医分期辨治方法保守治疗挫伤性前房积血的疗效。方法60例(60眼)挫伤性前房积血患者,随机分为治疗组30例(30眼),对照组30例(30眼)。两组均予一般治疗,治疗组采用中药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。比较两组积血吸收情况、视力改善情况、并发症发生率、前房积血吸收时间。结果治疗后治疗组20例积血全部吸收,8例积血基本吸收,2例改善不明显;对照组17例积血全部吸收,9例积血基本吸收,4例改善不明显。两组患者治疗前后视力改善情况、并发症发生率、前房积血吸收时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医分期辨治的方法治疗挫伤性前房积血能够提高病人的视力,促进前房积血出血的吸收,降低并发症的发生,应用中医分期辨治可缩短挫伤性前房积血病程。Objective To observe the effects of conservative therapy on contusive hyphema with TCM symptom differentiation and treatment by stage.Methods A total of 60 cases(60 eyes)of contusive hyperma were randomized into a Chinese medicine group(30 cases,30 eyes)and a western medicine group(control group,30 cases,30 eyes).The routine therapy was used in the two groups.Additionally,in the Chinese medicine group,Chinese herbal medicine was prescribed.In the western medicine group,the western medicine was used.The hypema absorption,visual acuity,incidence of complication and the absorption time of hyphema.Results After treatment,in the Chinese medicine group,the complete absorption of hyphema occurred in 20 cases,basic absorption in 8 cases and no improvement in 2 cases.In the control group,the complete absorption of hyphema occurred in 17 cases,basic absorption in 9 cases and no improvement in 4 cases.Before and after treatment,the differences were significant in visual acuity,incidence of complications and the absorption time of hyphema in both of the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic methods of staging differentiation in TCM improves visual acuity,promotes the hemorrhagic absorption and reduces the incidence of complications in the patients with contusive hyphema.The staging treatment with TCM shortens the duration of contusive hyphema.
