摘　　要："一带一路"发展战略和《中医药"一带一路"发展规划(2016-2020)》为中医国际化提供了前所未有的契机。目前,中医药已遍布183个国家和地区,已签署了86个政府间的中医药合作协议,17个海外中医药中心业已建立运行,受到各国民众的欢迎。20世纪90年代初中医在德国有了极大的发展,不仅有许多中医医疗机构和中医药学术组织纷纷建立,而且当时有许多著名的医疗机构。通过借势"一带一路",弘扬中医药文化,建立德国中医药基地,注重中医药人才培养,加强中医药科研合作,建立区域中医诊疗中心,为中医药海外发展带来了新的契机。The development strategy of “One Belt One Road”and Development plan(2016 - 2020)of “One Belt One Road”of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)provide an unprecedented opportunity for the internationalization of TCM.At present,TCM has been widely distributed in 183 countries and regions.86 governments have signed TCM cooperation agreements and 17 overseas TCM centers have been established and put into operation.TCM is favorably received in different countries.In 1920s,TCM was extremely developed in Germany.There are many TCM medical institutions and academic associations as well as many famous medical organizations.Under the political strategy of“One Belt One Road”,the German TCM base is established to develop and expand TCM culture,strengthen the TCM talent training and the scientific research cooperation as well as build up the regional TCM clinic center.It is the new opportunity for the overseas development of TCM.
