摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗心脏神经官能症临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月治疗的心脏神经官能症患者90例为研究对象,随机法分为两组,对照组(n=45)给予常规治疗,观察组(n=45)给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后临床症状改善情况。结果两组患者临床疗效93.33%、75.56%对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.019 9,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组烦躁焦虑、失眠多梦、心前区隐痛、胸闷、心悸占比分别为0例(0.00%)、4例(13.33%)、3例(6.67%)、7例(15.56%)、5例(11.11%);对照组分别为6例(13.33%)、18例(40.00%)、12例(26.67%)、22例(48.89%)、15例(33.33%)。治疗后两组均有所下降,但观察组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.281 9、18.187 1、14.397 7、25.431 9、14.283 9,P<0.05)。结论该药方治疗心脏神经官能症效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Bupleurum combined with Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods A total of 90 patients with cardiac neurosis treated in our hospital (January 2015 to January 2017) were convenient enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=45) received routine treatment. The observation group (n=45) of Chaihu combined with longgu muli decoction, and the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was 93.33%,75.56%, which was statistically significant (χ^2=12.019 9, P<0.05). After treatment, the irritability, insomnia and dreams, pre-cardiac pain, chest tightness and palpitations were 0 cases(0.00%), 4 cases(13.33%), 3 cases(6.67%), 7 cases(15.56%), and 5 cases (11.11%);the control group was 6 cases(13.33%), 18 cases(40.00%), 12 cases(26.67%), 22 cases(48.89%), and 15 cases (33.33%), respectively. After treatment, both groups decreased, but the decline in the observation group was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=14.281 9, 18.187 1, 14.397 7, 25.431 9, 14.283 9, P<0.05). Conclusion The prescription has a significant effect on the treatment of cardiac neurosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
