妊娠期糖尿病对分娩结局及新生儿影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在临床孕妇分娩中,妊娠期糖尿病对于孕妇分娩结局以及新生儿所造成的影响。方法方便选择该院2017年1—12月中收治的135例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究的分析组,再选择同时间段内135名正常孕妇作为参照组,对两组孕妇的生产情况见观察,分析孕妇的分娩结局、并发症发生情况以及新生儿并发症情况。结果分析组孕妇的自然分娩77例,参照组自然分娩105例(χ2=13.217,P=0.000<0.05);分析组剖宫产53例,参照组为26例(χ2=13.045,P=0.000<0.05)。分析组孕妇并发症发生34例,参照组为15例(χ2=9.001,P=0.003<0.05);分析组新生儿并发症为74例,参照组新生儿并发症30例(χ2=30.278,P=0.000 <0.05),两组孕妇及新生儿的相关数据在对比后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇在患上妊娠期糖尿病之后,分娩结局会受到极为不利的影响,且新生儿出现并发症的几率也会较高,妊娠期糖尿病控制对于孕妇而言十分重要。Objective To investigate the effects of gestational diabetes on the outcome of pregnancy and neonates in pregnant women during childbirth. Methods A total of 135 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were convenient selected as the analysis group of the study. 135 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the reference group. The production of the two groups of pregnant women was observed and analyzed, as well as the delivery outcomes, complications, and neonatal complications in pregnant women. Results 77 cases of natural delivery were analyzed in the analysis group, 105 cases were spontaneously delivered in the reference group(χ^2=13.217, P=0.000<0.05);53 cases were cesarean section in the analysis group, 26 cases in the reference group(χ^2=13.045, P=0.000<0.05). There were 34 cases of complication of pregnant women in the analysis group, 15 cases in the reference group(χ^2=9.001, P=0.003<0.05);74 cases of neonatal complications in the analysis group, 30 cases of neonatal complications in the reference group(χ^2=30.278, P= 0.000<0.05), the data of the two groups of pregnant women and newborns were significantly different after comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion After pregnancy with gestational diabetes, the outcome of delivery will be extremely adversely affected, and the risk of complications in neonates will be higher. The control of gestational diabetes is very important for pregnant women.
