摘 要:目的研究儿童早期发展科学干预对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年7月—2017年7月期间门诊就诊的70例婴幼儿,采用数字随机表法,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组35例,参照组采用常规护理方法,实验组在参照组的基础上,加行儿童保健方法,对比生后6、9、12个月时两组婴幼儿的生长发育情况。结果对比分析两组婴幼儿的干预效果,实验组在婴幼儿12个月时,身高(76.85±6.27)cm,优于参照组婴幼儿12个月时的身高(73.02±1.93)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.454,P<0.05)。在NET评分方面,实验组6个月、9个月、12个月的评分分别为(90.34±3.45)分、(92.66±2.78)分、(96.34±2.25)分,参照组6个月、9个月、12个月的评分分别为(87.02±2.53)分、(90.12±2.08)分、(91.73±3.47)分,由此可以说明实验组的干预方法效果更好,组间差异有统计学意义(t=4.591、4.328、6.595,P<0.05)。结论儿童保健措施可以提高婴幼儿的智力水平,对婴幼儿发展有着积极意义。Objective To study the effects of scientific intervention on early childhood development on infant growth and development. Methods 70 infants and young children in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were convenient selected. The digital randomized method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group, 35 cases in each group. The reference group used routine nursing methods. On the basis of the reference group, the experimental group added the child health care method to compare the growth and development of the two groups of infants at 6, 9 and 12 months after birth. Results The effects of intervention in infants and young children were compared. The height of the experimental group was (76.85±6.27)cm at 12 months, which was better than that of the reference group at 12 months (73.02±1.93)cm. For the test(t=3.454, P<0.05). In terms of NET scores, the scores of the experimental group at 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months were (90.34±3.45)points,(92.66±2.78)points,(96.34±2.25)points, and the reference group was 6 months, 9 months, 12 months were (87.02±2.53)points,(90.12±2.08)points,(91.73±3.47)points, which can explain the experiment. The group's intervention method was better, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=4.591, 4.328, 6.595, P<0.05). Conclusion Child health measures can improve the intelligence level of infants and young children and have positive significance for infant and child development.
