腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术对结直肠癌根治术的应用及疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析评价腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术对结直肠癌的应用疗效。方法选取该院2015年6月—2018年6月收治的50例结直肠癌患者资料,按照入院号为原则将50例患者分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例),对照组采取传统开腹手术,观察组采取腹腔镜手术治疗,研究结束后比较两组患者的手术指标、术后恢复情况、肿瘤根治性情况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后肛门排气时间(3.5±1.2)d、留置引流管时间(6.1±1.1)d、进食流质食物时间(4.6±2.1)d、住院时间(15.3±7.1)d均显著缩短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.218 6、4.697 7、3.706 9、3.226 8,P<0.05);观察组淋巴结清扫个数(25.4±5.1)个显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.423 3,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的安全性较高,可有效减少术中出血量,促进患者术后恢复,临床价值较大。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods 50 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were convenient selected enrolled. According to the admission number, 50 patients were divided into control group (25 cases) and observation group (25 cases). The control group underwent traditional open surgery. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. After the study, the surgical indexes, postoperative recovery, tumor radicalization and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time (3.5±1.2)d, indwelling drainage tube time (6.1±1.1)d, feeding liquid food time (4.6±2.1)d, and hospitalization time (15.3±7.1)d were significantly shorter than the control group (t=3.218 6, 4.697 7, 3.706 9, 3.226 8, P<0.05);the number of lymph node dissection in the observation group (25.4±5.1) was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=2.423 3, P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer is safer, which can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and promote postoperative recovery, with great clinical value.
