不同方法治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨不同方法治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法选取该院2016年4月—2018年4月期间收治的130例老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,将所有患者按照临床治疗方法分为对照组(65例患者)与实验组(65例患者),对照组患者给予普通钢板内固定治疗,实验组患者给予"T"形锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗有效率、患者满意度、不良反应发生情况进行观察与比较。结果实验组患者治疗有效率(95.38%)显著优于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.524 7);实验组治疗后不良反应率及护理满意度分别为0.00%、96.92%,对照组治疗后不良反应率及护理满意度分别为16.92%、81.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.123 6、3.984 6);实验组结果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床治疗中应用"T"形锁定加压钢板内固定方法具有显著临床效果,换则会腕关节功能得到显著改善,骨折恢复明显,有利于患者生活水平的显著提升,值得推广应用。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effects of different methods in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal radius of the elderly. Methods A total of 130 elderly patients with comminuted distal humeral fractures were convenient selected enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018. All patients were 10 divided into control group (65 patients) and experimental group (65 patients) according to clinical treatment, patients in the control group were treated with ordinary plate internal fixation, and patients in the experimental group were treated with “T”-shaped locking compression plate internal fixation. The clinical treatment efficiency, patient satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group (95.38%) was significantly better than that in the control group (80.00%)(χ^2=3.524 7). The adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group were 0.00%, 96.92%, respectively. The nursing satisfaction was 16.92% and 81.54%, respectively,(χ^2=4.123 6,3.984 6). The results of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Statistically, there were significant differences between the two groups, which were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of "T"-shaped locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal radius of the tibia has significant clinical effects. In addition, the wrist function is significantly improved, and the fracture recovery is obvious, which is conducive to the patient's standard of living, which is worth promotion.
