摘　　要：抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎(AAV)属于慢性自身免疫性系统性疾病的一种,该病的临床表现较为多样,故而其治疗方案也不尽相同。现阶段,临床尚未明确该病的具体病因,且无明确的诊断标准及统一的治疗指南,但临床上对该病的报道并不少见。该文就抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关性血管炎的分类及组织病理学分型、临床表现、治疗策略等内容进行了综述。Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a kind of chronic autoimmune systemic disease. The clinical manifestations of this disease are diverse, so the treatment options are not the same. At this stage, the specific cause of the disease has not been clearly defined in the clinic, and there is no clear diagnostic criteria and uniform treatment guidelines, but clinical reports on the disease are not uncommon. This article reviews the classification, histopathological classification, clinical manifestations and treatment strategies of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis.
