桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月～2017年12月我院收治的50例老年肺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25)。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合使用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,两组均治疗2周。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状中医证候评分、炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)]水平,观察两组治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗后的总有效率为96.00%(24/25),显著高于对照组的76.00%(19/25)(P<0.05)。两组治疗1、2周后的临床症状中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α以及MIF水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗老年肺炎疗效确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,安全性较好,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of senile pneumonia.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=25)and the study group(n=25).The control group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment,TCM syndrome score of clinical symptoms and the level of inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],C-reactive protein[CRP],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α]and macrophage migration inhibitory factor[MIF])of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.The adverse reaction of the two groups during treatment was observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%(24/25),which was significantly higher than 76.00%(19/25)of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of clinical symptoms in the two groups after 1,2 weeks of treatment was lower than that before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6,CRP,TNF-αand MIF in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of senile pneumonia has definite curative effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has good safety.It has certain clinical application value.
