摘　　要：目的研究支气管肺泡灌洗对肺脓肿及支气管扩张合并感染患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治的84例肺脓肿及支气管扩张合并感染患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组方法分为对照组(42例)与实验组(42例)。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,实验组患者接受支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的肺功能、治疗效果和不良反应。结果治疗后,实验组患者的用气呼吸量(FVC)、一秒钟最大呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺脓肿和支气管扩张合并感染患者接受支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,能够有效改善患者的肺部功能,值得推广应用。Objective To study the influence of bronchoalveolar lavage on pulmonary function in patients with pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis complicated with infection.Methods A total of 84 patients with pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis complicated infection who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases)by randomized method.Patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy,and patients in the experimental group received bronchoalveolar lavage.The lung function,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of breathing volume(FVC),maximum expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis combined with bronchoalveolar lavage can effectively improve the lung function of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
