摘  要:通过高速混合机和双螺杆挤出机制备抗静电母粒,分析了抗静电母粒组分的质量比,研究了抗静电母粒含量和储存时间对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)抗静电性能、力学性能和润滑性能的影响。结果表明:脂肪酸单甘脂、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、羟乙基乙撑双硬脂酰胺的最佳质量比为38∶38∶5∶5∶10∶4;随着抗静电母粒含量的增加,LDPE的体积电阻率和表面电阻率先迅速下降而后基本保持稳定,当抗静电母粒质量分数为2.0%时,LDPE的体积电阻率和表面电阻率达到较小值;并且在此添加量下,LDPE的体积电阻率和表面电阻率随储存时间的延长而迅速下降,在20 d左右达到稳定值;但是抗静电母粒含量对LDPE的润滑性能和力学性能影响不大。The antistatic masterbatch was prepared by high speed mixer and double screw extruder.The antistatic masterbatch mass ratio was analyzed,and the effects of antistatic masterbatch content and storage time on the antistatic,mechanical properties and lubricative performance of LDPE were studied.The results indicate that the optimum mass ratio of fatty acid monoglyceride,fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether,polyethylene glycol,oleic amide,erucic amide and hydroxyethyl ethylene bisstearate amide is 38∶38∶5∶5∶10∶4.With the increasing of the antistatic masterbatch content,the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of LDPE decrease rapidly and then remain stable.When the mass fraction of the antistatic masterbatch is 2.0%,the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of LDPE reach a smaller value.Moreover,under the condition of this content,the volume resistivity and surface resistivity decrease rapidly with the increasing of storage time and reach stable value with storing for 20 days.But the antistatic masterbatch content has little effect on the mechanical and lubricative properties of LDPE.
