摘　　要：以某汽车昼行灯光导为例,介绍了光导的导光原理,给3D模型设计提供了思路。针对该产品设计了一套精密模具,分析了光导模具的设计难点,针对产品包紧力过大而难以脱模的问题提出了具体解决方案。设计了弹块、摆杆式先复位机构和双推板二次顶出机构等部件,保证模具安全、稳定运行。Taking an automotive daytime running light as an example,the principle of light guide is introduced,which provides the ideas for 3D model design.According to the structure characteristics of light guide,a set of precision injection mold is designed.And the concrete solution is put forward for the difficulty of demoulding due to the excessive tightness of the product.The projectile block,swing rod pre-reset mechanism and double push plate secondary demoulding mechanism are designed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the mold.
