摘　　要：介绍了硫酸装置粉尘和化工异味的主要来源、危害及采取的治理措施。建龙化工对硫铁矿粉尘、硫铁矿烧渣、氧化钙粉尘和硫磺粉尘采用洗涤、密闭式操作减轻粉尘逃逸;用液体硫磺代替固体硫磺减少粉尘产生;对含有二氧化硫、三氧化硫、硫化氢及硫酸蒸气的废气进行吸收和利用。治理方案实施后,硫铁矿制酸装置的粉尘明显减少,硫酸生产和装车环节无异味和冒烟现象发生。Main source,harm and treatment plans in sulphuric acid plant are introduced.In Jianlong Chemical Co.,washing and closed operation are used to reduce dust escape amount for pyrite dust,slag,calcium oxide and sulphur dust,and liquid sulphur is used to reduce dust amount instead of solid sulphur,and exhaust gas containing sulphur dioxide,sulphur trioxide,hydrogen sulfide and sulphuric acid vapor is absorbed and utilized.After implementation,dust amount in pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants obviously decreases without chemical odor and smoking during sulphuric acid production and loading process.
