摘　　要：介绍了氧化镁湿法脱硫技术在某冶金炉窑环集烟气治理中的应用情况,详细介绍了脱硫装置工艺流程、主要设备及关键控制点。正常运行中,脱硫液pH值控制在6.0～6.5。针对在运行过程中出现的问题,技术人员通过优化上游冶炼系统工艺操作、采取脱硫液pH值预控技术、增加侧向搅拌器能力和更换氧化风机等措施,实现环集烟气脱硫后达标排放。Application of wet desulphurization process by magnesium oxide in environment set smoke treatment of a metallurgical furnace is introduced, and process flow, major equipment and critical control point are described in detail.During normal operation, pH value of desulphurization solution was controlled between 6.0-6.5.According to problems, technical staffs took measures of optimizing upstream smelting system process operation, pre-controlling pH value of desulphurization solution, increasing lateral blender ability and changing oxidizing fans to realize environment set smoke desulphurized meeting emission standard.
