摘　　要：为了解中哈边境地区马、骆驼感染伊氏锥虫病流行情况,本试验用哈萨克斯坦国立农业大学研发的伊氏锥虫病检测试剂盒(补体结合试验CF)与现场全血接种小白鼠试验相结合,对中哈边境地区伊犁州昭苏县、阿勒泰地区吉木乃县和塔城地区裕民县10个乡的马、骆驼采集血样(n=512),疑似病症的骆驼全血接种试验动物小白鼠。伊氏锥虫病检测试剂盒(补体结合试验CF)检测结果显示,马匹的阳性率3.96%(16/404),驼的阳性率4.62%(5/108)。接种小白鼠9 d后发病,尾尖采血镜检可看大量虫体;本试验为新疆与哈萨克斯坦边境地区伊氏锥虫病流行病学基础资料提供参考。To learn the prevalence of Trypanosoma Evansi in horses and camels in the border region between China and Kazakhstan,by using of the Trypanosomiasis test kit(complement fixation test CF)developed by National Agricultural University of Kazakhstan and experiment on mice with whole blood vaccination,blood samples(n=512)were collected from horses and camels in 10 townships of Zhaosu County,Yili Prefecture,the border region between China and Kazakhstan,Jimunai County of Altay Prefecture and Yumin County of Tacheng Prefecture,and suspected camels were vaccinated with whole blood vaccine from experimented mice.It was shown that the positive rate of horses was 3.96%(16/404),and the one of camels was 4.62%(5/108).The vaccinated mice were infected after 9 days,and a large number of worms could be seen in their rail tips through microscopic examining their blood samples;therefore,the paper provides a reference for the epidemiological data of Trypanosoma Evansi in the border region between China and Kazakhstan.
