摘  要:目前系统性对比研究TGIC与HAA两种户外型固化剂的涂层性能比较少,该研究采用水煮、烘烤、溶剂擦拭以及人工加速老化等方法对采用不同固化剂涂层进行实验,结果显示:分别采用TGIC与HAA固化同一聚酯时,聚酯-TGIC涂层比聚酯-HAA涂层具有更好的耐水煮性能以及高温烘烤下的耐黄变性能;聚酯-HAA涂层比聚酯-TGIC涂层具有更好的耐溶剂擦拭性能以及耐候性能。Fewer researches have focused on comparing the performance of powder coating with different curing agents referring to TGIC and HAA.The aging performances were investigated by test of water boiling,baking,solvent rubs and artificial accelerated aging.It was found that,TGIC coating has better performances of boiling water resistance and anti-yellowing than HAA coating,whereas TGIC coating has poor performances of solvent rubs resistance and weathering resistance than HAA coating.
