岭南医家朱泽扬《理产至宝》产科学术特点探析

摘　　要：《理产至宝》是清代岭南医家朱泽扬编撰的产科专著,主要论述胎前、临产、产后、乳病、养子等专题,附录"种子法式"及"急救良方",遣方用药独具岭南特色,切合临床实际。治病求本、辨证论治、用药精专、味少力宏、强调预防、治法灵活、师法经典、参以实践是该书论治产科病的特点,对现代中医临床的诊治调护仍然具有借鉴作用。The Lichan Zhibao is the only obstetrics variorum of Zhu Zeyang,a Lingnan medical scholar in Qing Dynasty.In this book,Zhu Zeyang expounded prenatal,parturient,postpartum,breast diseases,and child care,with appendix provided mating skills and first-aid prescription.Though Zhu Zeyang quoted some books while editing this book,but he also expressed his own opinion,including Treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treating disease from the root and highly valuing prevention with impartial academic attitude.He pointed out his valuing of prescribing less and targeted drugs,internal and external therapies for treatment,combining classics theory with practice.All the points above were believed to have shown certain guiding effects for the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine obstetrics.
