实脾饮治疗水湿困脾型臌胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察实脾饮加减对水湿困脾型鼓胀患者外周血中总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、胆碱酯酶的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将入组患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用实脾饮加减,疗程均为45 d。监测治疗前后各组患者外周血中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PALB)、胆碱酯酶(CEA)的数值变化。结果治疗组的总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、胆碱酯酶较对照组明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实脾饮可提高水湿困脾型鼓胀患者的肝脏蛋白合成水平,缓解腹胀、纳差、双下肢水肿等症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shipi drink on total protein,albumin,prealbumin and cholinesterase of patients with water-dampness disturbing spleen tympanites.Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was given Shipi drink on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 30 days.The changes of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PALB)and cholinesterase(CEA)in peripheral blood were monitored before and after treatment.Results The total protein,albumin,prealbumin and cholinesterase in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shipi drink can improve the liver protein synthesis level of patients with water-dampness disturbing spleen tympanites,relieve abdominal distention,anorexia,edema of lower limbs and other symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
