补肾促排方治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾促排方治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月妇科收治的多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕患者80例;分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用口服克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组采用补肾促排方进行治疗。对比分析2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后血清性激素变化等相关指标。结果观察组患者总有效率95.0%(38/40),明显高于对照组70.0%(28/40),(P<0.05);LH、FSH、T、INS、E2、PRL等指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾促排方治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕患者,可有效改善性激素水平,具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and promoting ovulation recipe in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome with ovulation disorder infertility.Methods Eighty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation disorder infertility admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 1818 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral clomiphene citrate.40 patients in the observation group were treated with tonifying kidney and promoting ovulation recipe.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients and the changes of serum sex hormones before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%).(P<0.05)The difference was statistically significant.The LH,FSH,T,INS,E2,PRL and other indicators in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The tonifying kidney and promoting ovulation recipe in the treatment of patients with ovarian syndrome ovulation disorder infertility has a good therapeutic effect and effectively improves the level of sex hormones,which is worthy of clinical application.
