电针联合艾灸对脾虚痰阻证肥胖并发高脂血症患者脂质水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合艾灸对脾虚痰阻证肥胖伴高血脂症患者的临床疗效。方法 70例肥胖合并高脂血症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。2组患者均常规饮食控制和运动锻炼,对照组给予非诺贝特胶囊口服治疗,治疗组给予电针足三里联合丰隆穴温和灸治疗,2组患者疗程均为3个月。分别观察2组治疗前、后肥胖指标(BMI、肥胖度、体脂百分率)、脂质水平(TC、TG、HDL和LDL)及中医症状积分的变化,并评价2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.4%,明显优于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05);2组治疗后BMI、肥胖度、体脂百分率、TC、TG和LDL的水平与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),HDL水平与治疗前比较明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后主症积分、次症积分和总积分与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后与本组治疗前比较无明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后组间比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合艾灸能够降低肥胖合并高脂血症患者肥胖指标,调控其血脂水平,改善临床症状,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion on obesity patients with hyperlipidemia of spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type.Methods 70 obese patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(35 cases).On the basis of routine diet control and exercise,the control group was given fenofibrate capsule orally.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)combined with Fenglong(ST40)moxibustion.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.Obesity index(BMI,obesity and body fat percentage),lipid level(TC,TG,HDL and LDL)and TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the control group and the treatment group was 71.4%and 91.4%respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,BMI,obesity,body fat percentage,TC,TG and LDL levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),HDL levelwere significantly higher than that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).Futhermore,the main symptom scores,secondary symptom scores and total scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).while there was no significant improvement in the control group after treatment compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion can reduce the obesity index,regulate their blood lipid levels,improve clinical symptoms of obese patients with hyperlipidemia,and hasa significant effect.
