摘　　要：β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)被认为在阿尔兹海默病(AD)中扮演着重要角色。生成过多或降解减少,都会影响Aβ的沉积。在多种影响Aβ沉积的因素中,β-分泌酶、γ分泌酶、钙离子和脑啡肽酶对其影响较大并且日益受到重视。本文对近年来单味中药及其单体成分通过这四种途径影响Aβ沉积的实验研究进行了综述,以期为学者们后续的研究提供新思路。Beta-amyloid(Aβ)is considered to play an important role in alzheimer's disease(AD).Too much generation or degradation will affect the deposition of Aβ.The effect ofβ-secretase,γ-secretase,calcium ions and enkephalin on various factors affecting Aβdeposition increasingly received attention.In this paper,the experimental research on the effects of single herbs and the active ingredient monomer on the deposition of Aβthrough these four pathways in recent years is reviewed,in order to provide ideas for the follow-up study of the scholars.
