摘　　要：目的:探究微创清除联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血患者的疗效及护理效果。方法:在2013年1月—2017年1月期间于我院就诊的高血压脑出血患者中,抽选100例作为本次研究对象,根据治疗的方法不同分为研究组和参照组,研究组50例患者采取微创清除术与尿激酶联合治疗,参照组50例患者单用微创清除术治疗,术后两组患者均接受护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果、住院时间、并发症发生情况以及神经功能缺损量表评分。结果:研究组的住院时间短于参照组,神经功能缺损评分低于参照组;且治疗有效率高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:微创清除术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血患者的治疗效果显著,结合护理干预,能够有效地促进预后治愈,缩短住院时间。Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing effect of minimally invasive clearance combined with urokinase in the treatment of patients with high blood cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2013 to January 2017,100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into study group and reference group.50 patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive clearance combined with urokinase,and 50 patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive clearance alone.All the patients in the two groups received nursing intervention after operation.The therapeutic effect,length of stay,complications and neurological impairment scale were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group,the neurological deficit score was lower than that of the reference group,and the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive clearance combined with urokinase is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Combined with nursing intervention,it can effectively promote the prognosis and shorten the hospital stay.
