摘 要:本文以高性能绿色硝酸羟胺(HAN)基推进系统为研究背景,阐述了HAN基推进剂的发展历史,并针对HAN基推力器内所涉及的复杂物理化学过程进行分析,文章还介绍了推进剂的理化特性、雾化及蒸发特性、电点火特性、分解和燃烧反应的研究现状;介绍了具有代表性的LP系列、AF-315E和SHP-163系列推进剂,并分析我国在HAN基推进系统研究中所取得的研究成果。可以看出,HAN基推进系统的推广应用将对我国弹箭星船推进系统的高性能无毒化起到重要的推进作用。In this paper,high performance green hydroxylamine nitrate propulsion system was regard as the background.The development history of Hydroxylamine nitrate propellant was summarized.The physical and chemical processes involved in the HAN based thruster were analyzed,including the physicochemical properties of propellants,the characteristics of atomization and evaporation,the characteristics of electrical ignition,and the research status of decomposition and combustion reactions.Meanwhile,we introduced the typical series propulsion based on the LP series,AF-315E and SHP-163.The research achievements of HAN based propulsion system were analyzed in China.The application of propulsion has shown an important role in the high performance non-toxic of the launch vehicle and satellites system in our country.
