摘 要:设计了七种药型罩装配偏心方案,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对不同装配偏心误差的破甲战斗部的射流形成以及射流对靶板侵彻过程进行数值模拟。研究结果表明随着偏心误差的增加,射流头部偏移程度越来越大,射流形态越来越不稳定,射流的侵彻深度随着误差的增加而减少。其减少趋势在误差偏心为0.1°时变小,当误差偏心为0.2°后,减少趋势逐渐增大,可为药型罩的装配精度要求提供参考。In order to study the influence of assembly error on the penetration ability of the sunder armor warhead,seven types of hood eccentricity schemes were designed.Using ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software to simulate the jet formation of the armored warhead with different assembly eccentricity errors and the jet-to-target penetration process.The results show that with the increase of eccentricity error,the head of the jet is more and more offset,and the shape of the jet is more and more unstable.The penetration depth of the jet decreases with the increase of the error.This decreasing trend becomes smaller when the error eccentricity is 0.1°.When the error eccentricity is 0.2°,the decreasing trend is gradually increased.
