摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法和超临界干燥法制备了硝化棉(NC)/太安(PETN)纳米复合含能材料,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、TG/DSC同步热分析等分析方法对纳米复合材料进行了表征,并对其能量性能进行了研究。结果表明:PETN的粒径为100 nm左右,被包络在NC的凝胶骨架中,形成纳米复合物;复合物表面检测到C、N、O三种元素,IR图谱中有明显的PETN的特征峰;复合材料只在141.2℃出现放热峰,热重曲线只出现一个失重阶段,对应复合材料的热分解过程;随着PETN含量的增加,复合材料的Isp、C*、Tc、Qp均升高,能量性能提高。Nitrocellulose/Pentaerythritol tetranitrate(NC/PETN)nanocomposite was successfully synthesized by sol-gel and Supercritical drying methods.The structures of nano-composite material was characterized by SEM,IR,XRD,TG/DSC methods,and we studied its energy performance.Experimental results show that the PETN has a particle size of 100 nm approximately and is enveloped in the gel skeleton of NC to form a nanocomposite.The surface of the composite contains three elements:C,N,and O.There are obvious characteristic peaks of PETN in IR.The exothermic peak appeared only at 141.2℃for the composite material,and there was only one weight loss stage for the TG curve,which corresponding to the thermal decomposition process of the composite material.The I sp,C^*,T c and Q p increase as the content of PETN increase in the nanocomposite,and the energy also improved.
