摘 要:重庆市位于四川盆地东部,碳酸盐岩分布范围广,特别是渝东南、渝东北较为集中,岩溶发育,溶蚀现象多样,地下河的消水能力对区域防洪标准影响极大。以奉节县平安乡防洪工程规划方案的拟定为例,依据岩溶水文地质条件,在比较多种方案后提出了新的规划路径,即采取地面、地下结合,实施洪水控制,实现汛期排泄洪水、枯期利用岩溶地下水资源的规划方案,以期对方案的最终确定提供参考。Chongqing is located in the eastern region of Sichuan Basin.Carbonate rocks are widely distributed,especially in southeastern and northeastern Chongqing,where karst is developed and dissolution phenomena are diverse,impacting regional flood protection standards.Taking the formulation of flood control project plan of Ping'an Township in Fengjie County as an example,according to the hydrogeological conditions of karst area,a new plan is put forward after comparing various schemes.The new plan proposes implementation of flood protection by means of a combination of ground and underground,to realize flood discharge in flood season and utilization of karst groundwater resources in dry season.It provides reference for the final determination of the scheme.
