摘　　要：云应盐穴储气库目的层埋藏浅且存在多夹层交互层,井底温度低,盐水水泥浆水泥石抗压强度发展缓慢,优选适合低温盐层固井的水泥浆配方困难,固井质量难以保证。在通过研究地方采卤井固井施工中存在的地层漏失、水泥浆失返、水泥环胶结质量差、水泥环强度低等难题的基础上,通过有针对性开展井眼准备、盐水水泥浆配方、管串结构设计与扶正器位置安放、施工参数等研究与优化工作,确保了云应盐穴储气库YK1-1井φ244.5 mm生产套管固井施工顺利完成,创国内盐穴储气库固井深度最浅(557.5 m)纪录。经声幅测井、套管鞋处试压、腔体密封性试压三个环节检测,评定固井质量良好,能满足储气库注采井要求。该井生产套管固井顺利施工,为国内埋深浅、夹层多的盐穴储气库固井提供了宝贵经验。The purpose reservoir of Yunying salt cavern gas storage is shallow buried and there are multiple layers of interlayer interaction.The bottom hole temperature is low and the compressive strength of the cement slurry of the brine cement is developing slowly. It is difficult to formulate the cement slurry suitable for the cementing of the low temperature salt well, and the cementing quality is difficult to guarantee. Based on the study of the problems of formation loss, loss of cement slurry, poor cementing quality of cement ring and low strength of cement ring during the cementing process of local mining brine wells. Through the targeted drilling preparation, salt water slurry formula, the design of the pipe string structure and the placement of centralizer, construction parameters and other research and optimization work, the cementing construction of the φ244.5 mm production casing of the YK1-1 well in Yunying salt cavern storage was successfully completed, setting a record of the lowest cementing depth(557.5 m)in the domestic salt cavern gas storage. Sound amplitude logging, casing shoes at the pressure test, cavity sealing pressure test three links to assess the good cementing well,can fill the gas reservoir injection well requirements.The casing production well cementing smooth construction, for the domestic buried deep and shallow intercalation of salt cavern gas storage well cementing provided valuable experience.
