摘 要:企业地位不平等使得供应链节点间存在双向强弱关系,导致中断风险传递过程中出现分配不均匀的情况,地位较低的节点将受到更大的威胁,整个过程强调动态分配,传统静态的供应链脆弱性研究方法无法适用。针对中断风险传递过程的动态分配行为,基于不平等供应链拓扑网络,利用联失效理论,建立中断风险动态传递模型,包括节点承受能力与风险传递机制,并运用改进的信息熵确定供应链脆弱性评估指标。算例分析发现,平等网络并非供应链组建的最佳策略,改变企业间的双向强弱关系可以有效地降低供应链脆弱性,为供应链网络的建立策略提供理论依据。In view of the unequal status of enterprises,there is a two-way relationship between supply chain nodes,resulting in uneven distribution in the process of interrupting risk transmission.Nodes with lower status will be more threatened.The whole process emphasizes dynamic allocation,and the tradition static supply chain vulnerability research methods are not applicable.Aiming at the dynamic allocation behavior of interrupted risk transfer process,based on the unequal supply chain topology network,the dynamic risk transfer model with joint failure theory was established,which included the node bearing capacity and risk transfer mechanism.The improved information entropy was used to determine the supply chain vulnerability assessment index.Through the analysis result of the example,the equal network was not the best strategy for the establishment of supply chain.Changing the two-way relationship between enterprises could effectively reduce the vulnerability of the supply chain and provide a theoretical basis for the establishment strategy of supply chain network.
