摘　　要：本文结合某特高压直流输电工程运行过程中出现的换相失败及功率波动现象,通过对直流控制保护软件程序换相失败Amin功能介绍,分析现场故障波形和诊断故障原因,根据现场实际运行情况提出整改措施建议,保障特高压直流输电系统安全平稳运行。Combined with the phase conversion failure and power fluctuation in the operation of a special high voltage DC transmission project, through the introduction of the phase conversion failure Amin function of the DC control protection software program, the fault waveform on the scene was analyzed and the cause of the fault was analyzed. According to the actual operation situation of the site, the suggestions of corrective measures are put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of the UHVDC transmission system.
