摘 要:通过对涂装车间用压缩空气吹扫过程进行分析,明确管路区域划分、等级划分,吹扫原则及管路命名原则,总结吹扫过程中的要点及注意事项,以提高涂装车间压缩空气洁净度,减少因压缩空气洁净度问题引起的颗粒、缩孔等弊病,满足产品的质量需求。Through the analysis of the compressed air purging process in the painting workshop,the pipeline area division,grade division,purge principle and pipeline naming principle were clarified,and the main points of the purge process and precautions were summarized to improve the cleanliness of compressed air in the painting workshop,reduce the defects,such as shrinkage and other defects caused by the cleanliness of compressed air,to meet product quality requirements.
