摘　　要：《医宗金鉴》是清乾隆四年由太医吴谦负责编修的一部综合性医学教科书,对皮肤性病有着详细的记载。《医宗金鉴》对梅毒的病因、病机、症状、理法方药做了详尽的论述,为后世医家诊疗本病提供了坚实的理论基础。近年来,梅毒发展呈上升趋势《,医宗金鉴》为梅毒的中西医结合治疗和防护提供了宝贵的经验。The Yi Zong Jin Jian is a comprehensive medical textbook edited by doctor wu qian, which has detailed records of skin diseases.The Yi Zong Jin Jian which made a detailed explanation of the etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms and treatment of syphilis, for posterity doctor diagnosis and treatment the disease provide a solid theoretical basis.In recent years, the development of syphilis has been on the rise.It provides valuable experience for the combination of treatment and prevention of Chinese and western medicine in syphilis.
