新时代人类命运共同体的人民主体性意蕴及路径研究

摘　　要：全球化时代,由资本逻辑导致的人民主体性危机要求确立一种符合人的合理主体性的全球观。人类命运共同体作为增进世界人民福祉的发展新理念已然成为解决人民主体性困境的基本路径。从人类命运共同体的基本内容看,其人民主体性意蕴主要表现为维护世界人民的政治权利、扩展世界人民的安全发展、发挥世界人民的主体创造性、丰富世界人民的精神需求以及实现人与自然的和谐共生。因此,为落实人类命运共同体的人民主体性思想,要在主客体统一中提升人类命运共同体的人民主体性意识、在开放的普遍交往中增强人与人以及国家与国家等主体间际互动、在发展战略中坚持以人民为中心的价值遵循。In the era of globalization,the crisis of people’s subjectivity caused by the logic of capital require the establishment of a global view that is in line with people’s rational subjectivity.The community with shared future for mankind,as a new concept of development that promotes the well-being of the world’s people,has become the leading solution to the plight of people’s subjectivity.From the basic content of the community with shared future for mankind,its connotation of people’s subjectivity is that demonstrates the political freedom of the people,extends the freedom of development to the people,gives play to the subjective creativity of the people,enriches the spiritual need of the people and realizes the harmonious co-existence of man and nature.Therefore,we should raise the people’s sense of subjectivity in the community with shared future for mankind from the unity of subject and object,set up the right talent development strategy,enhance the interaction between people as well as between countries in open and universal exchanges,see people-oriented value adherence from the development strategy.
