摘  要:小分子蛋白激酶抑制剂是常用作于某些生理和病理生理条件下解开细胞信号转导复杂网络的工具。吡唑并嘧啶衍生物的合成很重要,因为它们存在于各种生物活性化合物中,如抗癌剂,抗菌剂,抗寄生虫剂,抗炎剂和抗糖尿病剂等。本文归纳总结了有关吡唑并嘧啶衍生物对微生物作用的各项研究。Small molecular protein kinase inhibitors were tools that often used to unravel a complex network of cell signaling under certain physiological and pathophysiological conditions. The synthesis of pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives is important, because they were present in various biologically active compounds such as anti-cancer agents,antibacterial agents, anti-parasitic agents, anti-inflammatory agents and anti-diabetic agents. In this article,the effects of pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives on microbes were summarized.
