摘  要:目的:检测95%2甲4氯异辛酯原药对小鼠骨髓细胞微核发生率的影响。方法:本实验采用二次腹腔给予小鼠低、中、高不同剂量的95%2甲4氯异辛酯原药,采样观察小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的发生情况来研究其是否具有致突变性。结果:与阴性对照组(玉米油)比较,95%2甲4氯异辛酯原药各剂量组骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无明显增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,95%2甲4氯异辛酯原药无致突变作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of 95% 2 methyl 4-chloroisooctyl ester on the incidence of micronucleus in mouse bone marrow cells. Methods: This experiment used a second intraperitoneal administration of 95% 2 methyl 4-chloroisooctyl ester in low, medium and high doses. The occurrence of micronucleus rate in mouse bone marrow cells was observed to investigate whether it was mutagenic. Results: Compared with the negative control group (corn oil), the micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in the 95% 2 methyl 4-chloroisooctyl ester group did not increase significantly, and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05). Conclusion: Under the conditions of this experiment, 95% 2 methyl 4-chloroisooctyl ester was not mutagenic.
