摘 要:肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)是我国发病率及死亡率较高的疾病,其形成机制主要为血流动力学改变、气体交换障碍、慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压等。血管性血友病因子(von Willebrand factor,v WF)是在A型血友病中发现的血浆蛋白,为巨核细胞和内皮细胞中合成的一种具有粘附功能的大分子糖蛋白;随着对v WF研究的深入,发现其在出凝血疾病及凝血过程中具有一定作用。作者就v WF与PE的研究进展进行综述。Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a high incidence of morbidity and mortality in China. The mechanism of PE mainly includes hemodynamic changes, gas exchange barriers, chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, etc. von Willebrand factor (vWF) is a plasma protein which was found in type A hemophilia. It is a macromolecular glycoprotein with adhesion function synthesized in megakaryocytes and endothelial cells. With the deepening of the research on vWF, we found it has a certain role in the coagulation disease and coagulation process. This review summarizes the progress of vWF and PE.
