湖南农业电子商务发展的现状与思考

摘　　要：分析了湖南农产品、农资和休闲农业电子商务三个方面的发展现状,总结了湖南农业电子商务的发展概况和近年来的发展成效,指出在农业电子商务发展中存在基础设施落后、互联网经营意识不强、农村电子商务人才缺乏等问题。提出加快推进农产品上行、多方培育农产品电商骨干企业和人才、推进农业标准化和品牌建设,以及加强电子商务进农村宣传等发展建议。This paper analyzes the development status of agricultural products,agricultural resources and leisure agriculture e-commerce,summarizes the development situation and results of agricultural e-commerce in Hunan in recent years,and sums up problems such as backward infrastructure,weak awareness of internet operation,and lack of e-commerce talents in rural areas.Development suggestions for accelerating the upward movement of agricultural products,fostering backbone enterprises and talents for agricultural products e-commerce,promoting agricultural standardization and brand building and strengthening publicity on developing e-commerce in rural areas are put forward.
