摘　　要：目的建立老年心血管常见疾病数据库,为老年心血管常见疾病的相关临床及科研工作提供坚实基础。方法本研究组织心血管疾病临床医生、数据库软件技术人员及计算机中心软件工程师共同建立老年常见心血管疾病数据库。该数据库包含患者基本信息、症状体征、个人史、家族史及临床诊断、化验检查结果、临床相关评分、手术、用药及随访信息等。结果成功建立了老年心血管常见疾病数据库,可实现密码访问及数据的录入、修改、查询等功能。结论该数据库大部分数据由HIS系统直接导入,录入简单快速、准确,其数据满足了老年心血管常见疾病的临床及科研需求。Objective To develop the cardiovascular disease database for old patients, in order to conduct further clinical studies in old patients. Methods The database was designed by cardiovascular doctors, computer programmers and software engineer. The database included basic information, common symptoms and signs, personal history, family history, diagnosis, laboratory and auxiliary test, clinical scores, operations, treatment, and follow-up information. Results The cardiovascular disease database for old patients was successfully established, and we achieved password access, data entry, modification, and query. Conclusion Most data is directly imported from HIS system. Data input and retrieval are convenient, fast, and accurate. The database can meet the requirement of clinical practice and scientific research in cardiovascular disease for old patients.
