摘　　要：目的总结远海岛礁医院血液储备库建设经验,分析面临的问题,探讨远海岛礁医院血液储备库建设模式。方法回顾总结远海岛礁医院血液储备库建设的经验做法,通过建立依托后方医院前送血液而构成的实物储备库与建立由岛礁军民组成的"流动血库"的实践做法,分析面临的问题和困难,提出有效保障远海岛礁医院血液需求的血液储备模式。结果血液实物储备与"流动血库"储备相结合的模式,可以基本满足远海岛礁医院现阶段常规医疗用血需求,对突发事件的血液需求具有一定的保障能力。结论远海岛礁医院应建立平战结合的血液储备模式,平时可采用后方血站支援保障与"流动血库"相结合的保障模式,同时为满足战备或大量用血事件,应建立冰冻红细胞库作为战备储存,满足平战时大批量伤员出现时的用血需求。Objective To summarize the experience of blood reserve construction in open sea island hospital, analyze the facing problems, and discuss the construction mode of blood reserve bank in island hospital. Methods Reviewed and summarized the experience of construction of blood reserve bank from open sea island hospital, the blood reserve modes are put forward that blood demand of open sea island hospital would be protected effectively, by relying on the practices of blood reserve bank from the rear-area hospital and the "floating blood bank" composed of military and civilian. Results The mode of combining the blood reserve with the "floating blood bank" could basically meet the general medical needs of the island hospital at the present stage, and has a certain ability to guarantee the blood demand of emergencies. Conclusion The blood reserve mode of combining peacetime and wartime should be established to meet the blood demands of large numbers of the wounded during peacetime and wartime in open sea island hospital. In peacetime, the security mode of combining support of rear blood station with "floating blood bank" should be adopted, and at the same time, in order to meet the blood demands of a large number incidents in wartime, a frozen red blood cell bank should be established.
