摘　　要：目的探讨两种多层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检前准备对图像采集合格率的对比研究。方法选择2016年4月-6月本院收治的行多层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影的50例患者作为对照组,选择2017年4月-6月对多层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影的50例患者作为试验组。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予规范化心率准备。比较两组患者检查效率、图像采集合格率、心率波动情况。结果试验组患者检查准备时间、检查时间短于对照组,重复扫描率低于对照组,图像采集合格率高于对照组,心率波动小于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论规范化心率准备技术能有效提高行多层螺旋CT冠脉造影图像采集合格率,提高检查效率,降低患者心率波动。Objective To exploare comparation of two preparation methods for multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography on image acquisition success rate.Methods A group of 50 patients who received multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in our hospital from April to June 2016 were selected as the routine control group,and another 50 patients as the trial group from April to June 2017.The control group was given regular care and the experimental group wes given standardized preparation of heart rate.The two groups were compared in terms of check efficiency,success rate of image acquisition,heart rate fluctuation,check coordination degree and satisfaction.Results The time for examination preparation and examination in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Scanning repetiton rate in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of image acquisition in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Heart rate fluctuation of image acquisition in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized preparation of heart rate can effectively improve image acquisition success rate of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography,improve the efficiency of inspection and reduce the heart rate fluctuations.
