摘  要:以凹凸棒石黏土作为乳化剂,以凹土在水中的分散液作为水相,与含有单体N,N-二乙基氨基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(DEAEMA)、少量甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)单体、交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)、引发剂2,2-偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)及甲苯的混合油相乳化,采用高速匀浆机混合打浆制得稳定Pickering乳液,并以此凹土稳定的Pickering乳液为模板聚合制备球形复合微胶囊。采用光学显微镜(OM)对乳液粒径进行分析,利用偏光显微镜(POM)、电子显微镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)等技术对聚合所得的复合微球进行形貌及结构的表征,研究了包覆模型化合物罗丹明B的复合微球在不同p H值缓冲液中的缓释行为,比较了包覆农药高氯菊酯的复合微球在不同体积分数乙醇的乙醇-水溶液中的缓释性能。A palygorskite-stabilized Pickering emulsion was obtained via using aqueous dispersion of palygorskite particles as water phase, DEAEMA, MMA, EGDMA, AIBN and toluene as oil phase, and homogenized at high speed. Microcapsules were prepared by taking such Pickering emulsion as a template for polymerization and were characterized with OM, POM, SEM and FTIR. The pH sensitive releasing behavior of the microcapsules encapsulated with Rhodamine B was investigated. The controlled-release properties of the microcapsules that encapsulated beta cypermethrin were explored.
