浅谈我国事业单位制检测机构的分类及特点

摘　　要：事业单位制检测机构是财政性资金投入购买分析测试科学仪器设备、开展公益性检测技术服务的重要专业技术组织。本文基于我国检测机构的现状及其分类,对依法设置、依法授权、以及第三方检测机构等进行了介绍,特别是对其中的事业单位制检测机构的分类、特点,以及与其他检测机构的比较进行了详细阐述。最后,结合国家有关分类推进事业单位改革的政策,展望了我国事业单位制检测机构的发展趋势。The institutional analytical agencies,whose scientific instruments and equipments are purchased with the financial capital investment,are significant specialized technical organizations carrying on the public welfare technical service of analysis.In this paper,the analytical agencies set up in accordance with the law,the analytical agencies authorized according to law and the third party analytical agencies were introduced based on the current status and classification of the Chinese analytical agencies.In particular,the classification and characters of the institutional analytical agencies and the comparisons with the other analytical agencies were elaborated in detail.Finally,the developing trends of the Chinese institutional analytical agencies were prospected combined with the policies associated with the classified advancement of the reform for the public institutions.
