摘  要:以生物质基碳源一步水热法合成碳量子点(CQDs)。通过电镜、荧光光谱、红外光谱等表征,制备良好荧光性能的CQDs;探讨Cr(Ⅵ)对CQDs的荧光猝灭效应,建立荧光检测Cr(Ⅵ)离子浓度的方法。结果表明CQDs的平均尺寸在3~5nm,荧光检测显示332nm处有最大紫外吸收特征峰,在440nm处有强荧光发射峰。在pH 6.0的体系中CQDs浓度18.72μg·mL-1(以碳计),室温25℃与Cr(Ⅵ)反应30min猝灭稳定。低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)离子与体系的荧光猝灭程度呈良好的线性关系,可开展深入研究。In this paper,the carbon quantum dots(CQDs)were firstly synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method using biochemical substances as the carbon source.The CQDs were characterized by electron microscopy,fluorescence spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry.The properties characterization demonstrated that CQDs whose size was about 3.5nm had excellent fluorescence performance.In the buffer solution at pH=6.0,fluorescence quenching turned to be stable after 18.72μg·mL-1 CQDs(in carbon)reacted with Cr(VI)at 25℃for 30min.The system was determined at the excitation wavelength of 332 nm and the emission wavelength of 440 nm.The results showed that the concentration of Cr(VI)had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching degree of the system,and more in-depth study needs to be developed.
