摘  要:研究了N-苄基邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料的染色速率曲线、移染度等染色性能并与市售分散染料的染色性能进行比较。结果表明,在染色温度低于100℃时,N-苄基邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料的上染速率较慢,移染性较差,溴基和氰基取代后染料的移染度下降。随着pH值的增大,N-苄基邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料在涤纶织物上的表观深度值(K/S值)明显下降。除氰基取代染料外,N-苄基邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料在氨纶上的色深度大于在涤纶织物上的色深度。The dyeing properties of dyeing rate curve,dye migration and pH value of the N-benzyl phthalimide dispersed dyes were discussed and compared with those of disperse dyes sold in market.The results showed that the dyeing rate was slow,the dye migration was poor,the introduction of cyano and bromine on diazo component at the ortho position to the azo link lead to poor dye migration when the dyeing temperature below 100 ℃.K/Svalue of dyed polyester fabrics decreased obviously as the dyeing pH value increased.Except the case the cyano substituted dyes,the N-benzyl phtalimide dispersed dyes color intensity on polyurethane was higher than that on polyester fabrics under any cleaning treatment.
