摘 要:采用含有不同活性官能基团的硅烷偶联剂对双酚A环氧树脂E44进行物理或化学改性,并配以固化剂、促进剂及其他辅料制成有机硅改性单组分环氧胶粘剂。研究了不同种类、不同加入量的硅烷偶联剂对胶粘剂操作性和固化物的拉伸剪切强度、耐温性及抗冲击性的影响。结果表明,仲氨基化学改性环氧树脂所制得的单组分环氧在操作性、耐温性、韧性及拉伸剪切强度方面的综合性能最佳,当硅烷偶联剂加入量为15%时,改性单组分环氧树脂的综合性能最佳。The bisphenol A epoxy resin E44 was physically or chemically modified with the silane coupling agents with different active functional groups, and then a one-component epoxy adhesive was prepared by compounding the curing agent, accelerator and other auxiliary materials. The effects of the type and amount of silane coupling agents on the adhesive operability and the shear strength, temperature resistance and impact resistance of cured epoxy adhesive were studied. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the one-component epoxy adhesive prepared by chemical modification with the silane coupling agent containing secondary amino group was optimal, including the operability, temperature resistance, toughness and tensile-shear strength. When the amount of silane coupling agent was 15%, the comprehensive performance of the modified one-component epoxy resin adhesive was the best.
