摘 要:目的:采用Meta分析方法评价饮酒是否影响砷暴露人群的无机砷代谢及其甲基化能力。方法:计算机检索CNKI、PubMed、MEDLINE、VP和万方数据库,搜集关于饮酒对砷代谢和甲基化影响的文献;采用Review Manager 5.3.5软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇文献(4 077个研究对象),Meta分析结果显示:饮酒组尿中无机砷百分比(iAs%)、一甲基胂酸百分比(MMA%)、二甲基胂酸百分比(DMA%)、一级甲基化指数(PMI)、二级甲基化指数(SMI)的合并加权均数差分别为0.72、1.42、-2.27、0.07、-1.54,95%CI分别为[0.14,1.31]、[0.84,2.00]、[-3.32,-1.22]、[-0.16,0.29]、[-1.91,-1.17],提示饮酒组iAs%、MMA%高于非饮酒组,DMA%、SMI低于非饮酒组。结论:饮酒可能是影响砷暴露人群砷代谢和甲基化能力的因素之一。Objective: To evaluate the effects of alcohol consumption on arsenic metabolism and methylation capacity of the population exposed to arsenic by Meta-analysis. Methods: Used the computer to search the articles about the effects of alcohol on arsenic metabolism and methylation in CNKI, PubMed, Medline, VP and Wanfang databases. Review Manager 5.3.5 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results: A total of 9 articles were analyzed, including 4 077 subjects. The result of Meta-analysis showed that the iAs%, MMA%,DMA%,PMI and SMI in urine of the drinking group were 0.72,1.42,-2.27, 0.07,-1.54 and 95%CI were[0.14,1.31],[0.84,2.00][,-3.32,-1.22][,-0.16,0.29][,-1.91,-1.17], respectively. It was shown that iAs% and MMA% of the drinking group were higher than the non-drinking group, but DMA% and SMI were lower. Conclusion: Alcohol consumption may be one of the factors influencing arsenic metabolism and methylation of the population exposed to arsenic.
