虚拟手术系统支持下寰椎侧块螺钉的临床应用

摘  要:目的:通过结合当前虚拟手术系统辅助手术的优势,提供治疗寰枢椎疾患的个体化方案。方法:2009年6月-2017年3月,应用该虚拟手术系统,对30例需进行寰椎侧块螺钉固定的患者进行寰椎重建、测量、模拟置钉和术后评估,开展临床患者的个体化病情评估、术前设计及术后评价,以验证寰椎侧块内固定的安全性。结果:应用虚拟手术系统辅助寰枢椎疾患病人30例,寰椎置钉60枚。术后虚拟手术系统测量发现:60枚完全位于侧块内。结论:虚拟手术系统支持下寰椎经侧块内固定进行临床应用,可提高手术的准确性和安全性。Objective:Provide the individual treatment plan for patients with atlantoaxial disease,combining with the advantages of current virtual surgery system.Method:Assess patients’condition,design strategy and assess post-operation conditon,by using virtual operation system to reconstruct,measure,simulate screw insertion and assess post-operation conditon.30 patients were assessed in the process mentioned above during june2009~march 2017,to test the security of internal fixation of lateral mass of atlas.Result:Applied virtual operation system in treatment of 30 patients suffering altantoaxial diseases.60 screws were inserted in atlas.post-operation measurement of virtual operation system showed:60 screws got in lateral mass.Conclusion:Applycation of atlas lateral mass screw fixation in clinic can be improved in terms of accuracy and security by virtual operation system support.
