多渠道医疗门诊挂号的管理策略研究

摘　　要：为了实现为患者挂号提供便利,缩短患者候诊时间,降低爽约行为发生率,分流就诊高峰等目的,就多渠道医疗门诊挂号问题展开研究。具体地,从整体与细分层面研究多渠道医疗门诊挂号的管理策略,明确统一预约挂号管理、患者注册管理、预约查询管理、预约挂号管理、预约支付管理、预约取号管理、预约取消管理以及号源池共享管理的具体实施,在减少就医环节、提供多元预约渠道、网上自助缴费、避免患者现场排队等方面有较高的应用价值。In order to realize the purposes that provide convenience to register patients,cut down queuing time for consultation,reduce the behavior incidence that fail to keep an appointment and peak of shunt treatment,the paper makes a research on mprovide convenience to register patients,and cut down queuing time for consultation,reduce the behavior incidence that fail to keep an appointment,peak of shunt treatment.Specifically,it researches the management strategies of multiple channel medical clinic registration from entirety and subdivide aspects,and then clears-cut the concrete implement of unified appointment registration management,patient registration management,reservation query management,appointment reservation management,reservation payment management,reservation number management,cancellation management and number source pool share management,it has a high value in many aspects,such as it can reduce medical treatment’s links,provide multiple booking channels,online self-service payment and avoid on-site queue.
